After a verifying your identity, you will receive the keys to the room, and start your magical stay with us.

Please bring your Passport or ID for the check-in.

You can find all the important information of your stay and the arrival instructions in your guest-area that is available for you 24/7.

The link to your personal guest-area appears in the bottom of our emails.

• PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE WITHOUT COMPLETING THIS ONLINE PRE CHECK IN.
  

• Building personnel cannot do it for you and won’t provide keys unless the pre-check in is complete.
  

• To avoid delays, do not wait until the last minute. It takes some time to notify the building you are clear to access the unit.
