All fees must be paid using a valid debit or credit card only.
Cash, prepaid cards, and other payment methods are not accepted.
International cards are accepted, as long as they are valid debit or credit cards.

Parking: Self-parking is available for guests, visitors, and owners. Payment can be made through the PayByPhone app or at the parking meter on the ground floor. Please avoid owner-reserved parking spots(marked) to prevent fines.
You can use the service elevator to go up and down, and all parking rates are displayed on the screen.

Please note: The 3rd floor parking area is reserved exclusively for owners. Guest parking is not permitted on this level, and unauthorized vehicles may be subject to towing by the building management.

There is no electronic video or audio surveillance monitoring on the interior of the unit.
