Cash, prepaid cards, and other payment methods are not accepted.

Parking: Self-parking is available for guests, visitors, and owners. Payment can be made through the PayByPhone app or at the parking meter on the ground floor. Please avoid owner-reserved parking spots(marked) to prevent fines.
You can use the service elevator to go up and down, and all parking rates are displayed on the screen.

Please note: The 3rd floor parking area is reserved exclusively for owners. Guest parking is not permitted on this level, and unauthorized vehicles may be subject to towing by the building management.
