Please enter on Filmore Street. Immediately make a left turn into the building's valet parking ramp.
You can park temporarily there, to do your check-in.
Your unit number will have an S or an N at the beginning to identify the tower.
The lobby is on the left side, right before the exit at Pierce St.
Please present yourself, and your party at the front desk with your ID.
You will be provided with your access cards and wristbands for the facilities.
You will pay the registration, resort, and parking fees if you have a car.
The pool and rooftop bar is on the seventh floor of the south tower.
The gym is on the first floor of the north tower.
Many of our units have washers and dryers on them, if yours doesn't, you can use the HamperApp**** application with the coupon code CIELOSTAYS for a discount.
You will find the Wifi password and instructions about your particular room in our guest app.
The beach and famous Hollywood Broadwalk are steps away.
There you will find a variety of restaurants, water sports, bicycle rentals, and more.
