For the security deposit, the building requires a physical card. Apple Pay or other digital payments cannot be used for this.

Noise & Neighborhood
To ensure everyone enjoys their stay, the property may use a noise alert monitoring system. There is no video or audio surveillance inside your unit. Please remember that loud sounds that cross property lines are not allowed according to the City Noise Ordinance, Chapter 100.
