Tenant Evaluation for La Perla - Detailed steps
Please go to: https://tenantev.com/community/home and create an account, then log in to your account.
In the next screen, enter property code 9440 and hit Continue.
Then, click on Yes to the question "Are you applying to this property?
Property Name La Perla - Lease (Less Than 6 Months)"
In Application Type, select "Apply to lease a property", and then check the option:
Just Me if only you are staying in the property.
Me and Someone else, if you're staying with your husband, roommate of a family member (Just one).
IMPORTANT:
All people over the age of 18 who are listed on the contract and/or will be residing in the property must submit an application.
Then click on "I understand"
You'll need to send some documents
Photo Identification (US Driver's License or Passport)
Marriage Certificate (If applicable and if married with different last names)
Vehicle Registration for each vehicle (If Applicable)
Copy of Lease Agreement Signed by the Applicant(s) and the Owner(s) and Reservation Details (We will provide this information).
If Applying With A Service Animal Please Provide Animal Documentation

Letter from Licensed professional if applying with Emotional Support/Service Animals
In the next screen in Address Details click on "Yes".
In property address type in the following:
16699 Collins Avenue. Unit 2303. Sunny Isles Beach, FL 33160.
Move in date: put in your check-in date.
Move out date: check-out date.
Monthly rent: put in the amount you paid for your reservation.
Scroll down and complete the remaining sections as follows, and then click on Save and Continue:
In the next screen complete your personal information. If you do not have a Social Security Number, click on the option "I don't have a social security number" and add your passport information.
Then add your coapplicant's information. Then click on "Save and Continue"
Then add your Applicant's Emergency Contact Details
If there any occupants under 18, please fill our their information, as follows:
If you're bringing your car please fill out the following information, if it's a rental car you can choose the option "Vehicle will be rented or purchased at a later time":
If your check-in date is less than 14 days away please choose the Platinum Service in the next screen, as follows:
Then add your payment information:
After completing the payment you will get your application number, and you need to continue with the steps explained in the following links:
