In the event of an emergency, our maintenance team or authorized building personnel may enter the unit without prior notice to ensure the safety of all guests and the property.

Emergency situations may include, but are not limited to:

• Water leaks or flooding
  

• Power outages
  

• Fire alarms being triggered
  

• Structural or safety hazards
  

Please note that entry is made only when absolutely necessary and strictly for the purpose of protecting guests’ safety and the integrity of the unit and building.
