Welcome to The Tides on Hollywood Beach, where you can enjoy a comfortable and convenient stay with no Resort Fee. Please review the following details to make the most of your visit.
💳 Applicable Charges
Parking:
Paid separately upon arrival.
Access Fobs:
$30 each (credit/debit card payment only — cash not accepted).
1 Fob is provided for every 2 adults listed on the reservation.
If there are 3 or 4 adults, 2 fobs are required (mandatory).
Guests aged 14 and older are considered adults and must have their own access.
🔑 Fob Policy:
This system ensures secure and convenient access to all building amenities and common areas, enhancing your overall experience during your stay.
🚗 Parking Rates:
* 1 week (1 to 7 days): $100.00
* 2 weeks (8 to 14 days): $120.00
* 3 weeks (14 to 21 days): $150.00
* 4 weeks (21 to 30 days): $175.00
* Temporary Pass: $20.00 (valid for a few hours)
* Overnight temporary Pass: $40.00

⚠️ Important Information
Each floor has one shared laundry room (not inside the apartments). To use the machines, guests must load credit onto a laundry card using the building’s payment kiosk.
Reclining beach chairs may or may not be included, depending on the building’s current policy. Please check with the building administration for confirmation. If not included, they are available for rent directly through the beach service.
