🏝️ CH-Resort Fee Policy for Late Check-Outs / Early Departures

🧳 Early Departures

• 🚪 Guests who check out before their scheduled departure date will not be charged resort fees for the unused nights.
  

• 💳 Resort fees already applied to nights stayed are non-refundable.
  

  
  

⏰ Late Check-Outs

• After 1:00 PM → Any check-out after 1:00 PM will incur the daily resort fee for that date.
  

• 📌 Example: If a guest remains in the unit until 2:00 PM on the check-out day, the resort fee for that day will apply.
  

• ✅ Check-out by 1:00 PM (latest): No resort fee will be charged if the guest leaves before or at 1:00 PM.
