Parking Instructions – Hollywood Property / Guests Casa Polk

• 🚗 Parking is only allowed on the Golf Course side (across the street) and in the direction of traffic flow.
  

• ❌ Parking in front of the house (on the sidewalk) is not permitted. Vehicles will be towed and fined by the city.
  

• 📌 Your parking permit will be activated once we receive your vehicle details. Please provide:
  

  • Vehicle Owner’s Name
    

  • License Plate Number
    

  • Plate’s State
    

  • Vehicle Make (e.g., Citroën, Bentley, Audi, etc.)
    

  • Vehicle Type
    

  • Color
    

  • Year
    
    

• ✅ Only one vehicle can be registered under the parking permit provided by us. Any additional vehicles may require a separate parking payment. To park a second car or more, please use the ParkMobile app and select the most convenient option.
  

• ✅ Once your vehicle information is submitted and approved, you may park without any additional fees. Please note that we are not responsible for fines issued to additional vehicles parked without a permit.
